Here’s another cartoon designed to spark discussion about the Charlie Hebrod story.  This one arose out of an idea and conversation from Paul Krassner, a longtime friend and editor of The Realist, the legendary underground publication of the Sixties, for which I drew my first satirical cartoons.  Any of you remember Manson?  Any of you remember The Realist?

The recent tragedy in Paris, where terrorists murdered French cartoonists prompted this first thought:

In time for Christmas, I created this ad for Starbucks featuring the Nutcracker himself from the familiar perennial Tchaikovsky ballet.  It appeared in the December 15, 2014 issue of The New Yorker and a print of a somewhat expanded version of the cartoon was made available to Starbucks as a gift.
