The next edition of this popular political cabaret, directed by Isaiah Sheffer, entitled, “Race For The White House,” will run May 17, 18 and 19, at Symphony Space, on Broadway and 95th Street, NYC.  I’ve been contributing drawings for the shows and the publicity.  Go to symphonyspace.org or 212-864-5400 for tickets.

I make a cameo appearance in a new documentary about magazine cartooning called “Every Tuesday,” directed by Rachel Loube, an SVA student.
The film is being shown at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 22, Sunday, at noon, and features Emily Flake, Sidney Harris, Drew Dernavich and Zach Kanin. Check the Tribeca Film Festival website for details.

According to the latest royalty statement from Scholastic, “More Spaghetti, I Say,”  written by Rita Gelman and illustrated by me, has now sold almost two and a half million copies —to be specific, 2,453,151 copies!
That’s lotsa spaghetti—and funny monkey business— for  millions of learning-to-read- children all over the world!
